pollen trunk plant-up

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon on the 9 June at the bee sanctuary we planted up a trunk with pollinator friendly plants

Eva, of the flower hive based at Pencoed Organics, kindly supplied us with seedlings of snap dragon, columbine, nicotinia and some root cuttings of mint and lavender.

The scented geraniums and rue were also kindly donated by Cottage Garden Pernnials of Riverside Farmers’ Market.

Flowers with a Twist of Sneyd Street also kindly donated a geranium plant.
